Working in the catering industry since the age of 16, when he managed a Fish and Chip shop in Battersea. Sunu has gained a reputation that has earn’t him a loyal following, with some of his customers traveling From Rayleigh and Mersea Island for his Fish and Chips.

There are two parts to the Sauda¬† Village story, the take away which is situated in the Station Road, and The Oyster Pit in Memorial Place High Street, which is run by Sunu’s eldest son Abdul.

Sunus philosphy is simple, “I by the best quality fish on the market, this keeps my customers coming back.”
